Default Blue Pacific Sushi Grill - Asian Fusion in Lancaster!

Lived most of my life in Lancaster. Travelled Lititiz & Oregon Pike in and out of Lancaster uncountable times always wondering how the Glass Kitchen restaurant that resided between the two pikes near their intersection was. Fortunatley or perhpas unfortunatley, I never did make the experience.

Today the Glass Kitchen is long gone, replaced some years back by what appears from the outside to be just another asian restaurant. Just another until you venture inside and find that this is neither a Chinese, Japanese or even Malaysian restaurant but a combination of all the many delightfully delicious dishes from the South (blue) Pacific.

We've gone many times in the last year and have always found the Sushi and other Asian spoecialities fresh and high quality, not to mention flavorful. And something unique for here in the USA sticky white rice. I thought you actually had to bee in the South Pacific to make that as most if not all other Asian restaurants I've eaten at don't seem to have it.

Somehow the decorator that designs and furnishes all of the other Asian restaurants must have been busy whan this place went in. You won't find all of the traditional kitzy decorations found at other South Seas establishments, rather a tasteful upscale modern decor as restaurants go.

If your looking for something good and different on Lancaster's dining landscape try this restaurant.

The Rattlers entered the league in 2007 as the first ever soccer franchise from the Antelope Valley area of Southern California. They played their first competitive game on April 28, 2007, a 2-1 loss to fellow expansion franchise, Ventura County Fusion, and this unfortunately set the standard for a disappointing first season. Four straight losses - including a 5-1 hammering by Bakersfield Brigade - left the Rattlers languishing at the bottom of the table.
